This error may be in several reason:
1) You haven't updated your card by QcFire v1.2 from support area. Download QcFire_Setup_1.2.exe [53.4 MB] from support area and after installing this module you can update your UMT card.
2) You installed old standalone old Setup_UMTLG_0.1.exe [5.9 MB] which placed in Support area. You can delete it. You must to download UMTv2_Setup_International_Fixed.exe [296.3 MB] from Ultimate Multi Tool Support Area. This Suite contain latest UMT LG v0.2. After installing update QcFire to 1.2 because this suite contain old QcFire 1.0 version.

hello sir my umt lg setup is not working othr setups working fine when i open lg its want update i tried all above methods but lg not work please help
