Install original setup from support!!!

Your setup seems to be not original

Size should be about 106 MB for 4.3 setup....

same error to me on 4.3.1 version dowloaded from UMT support(above link).I belive this is not final and full version.4.3 version installed fine

You all guys seems to be like new user, with no idea about anything.

Just a hint, put it in UltimateGSM folder and then run.
