Z799VL how to do frp?

where is option Connect phone, select Sideload in Software?

Z799VL
- Put phone in recovery mode.
- Select "apply update from adb"
- Connect phone, select Sideload in Software.
- Select correct model, and click Reset.

Somethings need to be done manually.

Sideload is what is written apply update from adb in recovery.
