i even copied 8952 loaders from different source to test manualy still failed..

hi i need help with my ZTE Zmax Pro z981. The mobile data is not working but the phone does pick local network. I can make call and text messages but i can only use wifi on the phone and not mobile data meanwhile i have set the right APN for my local network yet it is not working. can someone please help me out with that please
