Have one Redmi 5 Plus with Google account , have used EDL cable to enter in EDL mode but no success , both volume buttons no success , using Qcfire have tryed Reboot EDL but no success , my question is , i am doing something wrong or this model only with test point ?

make testpoint method for enter edl mode......

You doing nothing wrong, as most manufacturers have disabled EDL mode in bootloader, so you must use TP for that in such devices.
