i sent payment through mass pay

invoice # 44035.

but when i try to enter transaction id:

4WHxxxxxxxxxxx it says "Your payment is not a verified one, please contact admin!" i send whatsapp msg on number above, send to email above no response!!!!!!! How long do u take to add payment so that i order and why don't you reply????????????????????????????????????
