flashing done to removing pattern but nnow the phone is MIUI 7 when wifi is on phone restarts, APN is not setting, no service problem any solution please help

downgrade from miui8 to 7 is alway unknown baseband with xiaomi note3 qualcomm, flash back to miui8 then baseband is fine.

Press that button " reset phone", wipe in recovery, write unlocked bootloader, flash again with other version
