It doesn´t work on locked bootloader phones, I have one Redmi 4x with imei 0, I did activate the diag port through the code *#*#13491#*#* but the diag port connect and disconnect every 15 seconds.

All the steps done correctly from A to Z but now phone restarts after mi logo goes directly to charge battery.
Redmi note 3 kenzo model 2015161 qualcomm snapdragon.
phone status :
MIUI 8
TWRP RECOVERY
ROOTED
BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED
UNKNOWN BASEBAND
ERROR UNABLE TO GET IMEI
NO WIFI NO BLUETOOTH

Sincerly am becoming crazy with this phone .
