I can't unlock it because it says " sorry your MI ID is not associated with phone numbers". Is there any way?

I've flashed it already with stockroms thru EDL mode. I can't unlock the bootloader coz I don't own the MI account associated with it.

Good, flash the modified firmware, do not connect to Wi-Fi or data and then with debugging activated or adb, we do antirelock, it depends a lot on which version of miui or version of android the xiaomi is.
