Hard reset phone. Connect edl mode , flash persist file. Do not connect wifi. Enable adb from menu

Not working

My steps:
1. Hard reset
2. Flash persist&frp
3. Enable Debug (No connected to network, WiFi etc)
4. WODM Tool (say success)
5. Connect Wi-Fi

Relock

P.S. MIUI 9 (9.6.3.0)
Note 5 Pro

Good, there is no definitive solution, not even the professional tools have them and your question should not be blocked because theoretically you do not have a micloud account lock.

Good, no need to unlock the bootloader and follow the instructions of the user who created the post, thanks. Comment also that there is no final solution and even the professional tools that are in the market and in this forum also have a definitive solution both the remove micloud and the relock of xiaomi, check yourself if it is true or false what I am saying, Section section section, umt, mrt, bst, ufst, uat, miracle box, etc.
