pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.miui.cloudservice
after in file manager install finddevice.apk now you can reboot and after connect to wifi) newer wipe device or update-will be relocked!

working thanks..

need temporary bypass don't connect wifi after bypass via mrt etc..
turn on developer options/ and usb debugging
install adb drivers then hit unlock mi account on WODM tool

done mi account unlock with redmi 5 rosy and IT was succes however i cant add another mi account on settings
