Good, how will you know this xiaomi model is mtk and has secure boot, I leave the modified firmware, I do not know if you will use sp flash tool or miflash or have professional tools, such as umt, bst, mrt, etc, any doubt or problem comments, Thank you.

with sp flash tool, mark error (fastboot connection mode)

Good, you can flash both with sp flash tool, loads the scatter.txt, phone off, press vol + and connect the mobile with the usb cable, in case you get an error by da agent, in the sp flash tool folder , there are several da agent, try it, to remove the account micloud format + download, thanks.
