his method work only for unlocked boot-loader , so no point for his fast-boot command that wipe persistent, also if phone lock remote cant remove it permanently only bypass via adb command or put custom ROM

nice sharing but for you method need mi authorization account+ if mi accaunt activated by user you cant remove it permanently only by pass via adb command after erase . so try explain it
