Remove mi account xiaomi type redmi 4a, required read persist calculation using hxd.exe.

inside persist.img there is calibration wifi, sensor, camera, clound account number.

number account in persist.img is deleted with Hex 0x00 count,
I think it uses a good way to delete, so mi accounts can be reused.
