Good, you have to have the qualcomm drives installed correctly, depending on the windows operating system you have, you have to deactivate the verification of drives with certificate, once deactivated you install the drivers, once installed you restart the computer and do test point again to xiaomi and the port should leave.

Another way you can try is installing miflashpro, once you download, install, update, put your xiaomi account, you download the firmware update.zip of the xiaomi model, you take the xiaomi and enter recovery mode and go down to the third option my pc connect assistant, you connect the xiaomi with the usb cable and automatically miflash pro recognizes the xiaomi, we go to the recovery tab, we look for the firmware update.zip and we give it a flash, it will verify that it is correct, it will connect to the xiaomi server to check the firmware and the flashing will begin and wait, anything comes back to post in this same thread and I will help you in any way possible.

https://mifirm.net/

a page that you can download firmware from xiaomi, remember it has to be update.zip, not firmware in fastboot
