100% tested solution

1: select firmware click download & format
2: when flash complete don't connect Wi-Fi & data
3: just change 1digit imei number from original imei
4: example old imei 35665577884455
new imei number 35665577824455

100% sure mi account again not come back

Bro try all method.imei full change reset phone and check imei ok.connect wifi account come back.

Before changing IMEI, enter new IMEI to this server https://i.mi.com/find/device/activationlock#/?_k=fxnzsq and make sure find device is off.
