Hard reset is similar to HTC artemis P3300

and about ROM

You can ck several things.

Make sure you have fully battery charged.

Change cable with another one.

also i have some more ROM for you.

IF you have Phone with Keyboard You should use ROM 1

IF you have not, you should use Without Keyboard
