I have done it this way on an UNLOCKED HTC HD (Blackstone) device. Total time takes less than 30 minutes provided you have already downloaded all the necessary software and relevant rom for your device. I am not certain this will work for LOCKED devices.

1. Make sure u install Microsoft ActiveSync on ur pc... then do a first time sync between device and pc.
2. Disable screensavers, hibernation on pc.
3. Sync and again and flash with the HardSPL rom from OliNex. You can find this HardSPL software from here >> http://wiki.xda-developers.com/uploa...one_OliNex.zip
The flashing completes in under 2 minutes.
4. Reboot device. TouchFlo3D will launch into the native language the device originally came in. Don't fret, the new rom now enables you to flash other language roms, even official ones from HTC, bypassing licensing and verification checks (of cos you must have the relevant rom in the first place).
5. Finally, flash again with the newset WWE (world wide english, if it's english you want) rom. You can find a depository of roms here >> Official HTC Touch HD Rom's
It takes more than 15 minutes this time.
6. Device reboots in english, or the language of the rom you flashed.

Hi!

It's model specific.You don't need any box to flash and unlock them.
What you need:
PC with Windows OS (I think XP the best for this)
Activesync 4.5 installed
USB cables (usually miniUSB)

First of all,read this sticky thread:

After that is you know the device's model,you can get the softwares for:
CID unlock
SIM unlock
ROM upgrade

For SIM unlock:
ALL_HTC_UNLOCKER_1.2 (by Tunisian Unlockers)
(not for all model,but it's a collection of free unlocker softs for popular devices)

For ROM upgrade:
search this thread or request ROM for your device

Methods are a bit different,depends on the model,so if you have questions,we try to help here.

I have a HTC Tmobile HERA110 that I need to flash. Please I am new to HTC flashing. But I have done some reading and come to learn that I need to first do HARD SPL flashing and then do ROM flashing. The trouble is I cant find any of these files for the HERA110. Please can someone upload them here with instructions?
