This is common problem with each n every user. they dont describe all problem at once.

according to your TRY, no solution except wait.

alternatively you can use *UNL unlocker

Hi!

If you can't see MCC+MNC code then you can't unlock your set this way.
There are some devices that can't be unlocked this way,you can identify them by Part Number.
