How to change english language for HTC diam200?

HTC diam200 is MDA Compact IV from T- Mobile ..
u need official rom for this device .
1.follow this tutorial ( point A an C )
[TUT]Complete upgrading guide (HardSPL+Radio+ROM) NOT FOR CDMA USERS!!! - xda-developers
2. if u successful done Hard SPL (point A )flash a new rom (point C) :
download here : pick one WWE rom...

Q: Your phone has been changed in any way..software..change rom or anything else ?
..if not ,try to flash a "shipped" rom whit WWE language ...conected via ActiveSync.. if u get error again ...
.. start in bootloader mode and reflash same rom
* bootloader mode : press volume down and reset simultaneously..

i have already finish update SPL to 1.40.Olinex

but i got error when im trying to flash a new rom

"ERROR [9244]: INVALID MODEL ID

this update utility cannot be used for your PDA phone. Please check your update utility."


i used this rom

RUU_Diamond_HTC_WWE-ME_1.37.456.2_Radio_Signed_Diamond_52.26a.25.09_1. 00.25.03_Ship.exe

RUU_Diamond_hTC_Asia_HK_WWE_1.93.831.1.exe



please give me a correct rom.
