after step two I get an error on the screen which says: " Upgrade ROM code error Please try again."

I have an DIAM 100 Vodafone, Spain

just do first step hard spl then your set will alive again and if u want unlock code then tell me

This solution is working and 100% tested. Only step3 is a little tricky, but works perfectly.

I DONT know the frist step sir!! could direct me plz? i have only used "diamond unlocker" and made update rom , and fone dead after operation. now it can 't be detect by pc. when i connect with usb cable.

what you see on your DIAMOND now? tricolor screen?
is it HARDSPL? if yes, simply reflash radio.

if anything not works reflash your original ROM - this
always works.

if RADIO write stopped at 99% you can also try to leave
bootloader by MTTY using:

use DOWNGRADER i posted if problem persists!

100% correct way to use this:
1st: execute SSPL, then flash HARDSPL
2nd (optional): flash DOWNGRADE (is safer - needed on most T-MOBILE DIAMOND)
3rd: flash PATCHED RADIO
4th: execute DIAMUNLOCK.EXE (use patched one posted to save your time)
5th: reflash some other RADIO or full update after unlocked
6th (optional): execute SSPL again and revert bootloader (SPL) to retail one to avoid warranty problems

if you want to avoid warranty problems and sell the phone as new do NOT:
- security unlock the device
- change CID of device
- leave HARDSPL on device
- flash debranded ROM to device
(more correct ROM from diffrent CID/language)

if you do not need HTC warranty it is BEST TO DO:
- security unlock (you/customer have more freedom regarding diffrent RADIO)
- leave HARDSPL (can flash ANY ROM and safer way to flash)

unlocked my diamond 110 10000000000% working.. very good software... if u fail stage 2 it will tell u on stage 3 that u made a mistake...

softbank x04ht is also htc diamond 100 right?
it is indicated in the back where the battery in..

why some x04ht cant unlock with this software????
even x04ht is also diamond 100??

does anybody successfully unlocked softbank x04ht using this soft?
pls give more info how,
