Steps are perfectly defined in readme file!!

-First, connect PDA and sync it with PC using activesync (i used 4.5).

-Once this is done, run Diamond-sst.bat in your pc, and just hit enter every time it gets stopped. Watch the PDA screen since it will ask you to confirm the execution of a software and will ask to hit a 'continue' button.

-After this, screen will go black, and you will need to run the 'DiamondCustomRUU.exe' inside HardSPL-1.24 folder from STEP1. Wait until it finishes updating your PDA.

-After this, your PDA should turn on. If it does not turn on automatically, then do it manually by pressing power button.

-Once its powered up, connect it to pc again and wait for activesync to connect to it.

-Then, go to STEP2 folder and run the 'DiamondCustomRUU.exe' inside it. The PDA will go in tricolor mode and will be updated. Wait until its done.

-After this, it should power up again. If it does not do it, then use power on button.

-Final step, just connect your PDA while its powered on, and wait for activesync to finish connecting to it. Then just upload DiamUnlock.exe to the PDA, and execute it on your HTC.

This last step is tricky because it will open just the time of a blink of an eye, so you have to press center of joystick and click on the button at left where there are two buttons each next to other one.

If you successfully do it, the app will show 'Simlock successfully removed' or smth like that.

I am stuck on the last step, can somebody help me with a good step by step explanation how to execute this. How do i upload the unlock file to phone? Does it matter where i upload it in phone? Do i need to find it in phone and execute or does it goes automatically when i copy from pc and paste in phone? Do i see something on the lcd or does the executor goes so fast that it is impossible for the eye to see? Witch button should i push directly after the joystick or do i need to push the joystick and this button that i don't even now witch one it is at the same time? Is this the left button right next to the htc logo on the touch screen?

Like you all guys and girls can see, i am a littlebit confused!

Or maybe this is a joke and i am the only one keep on trying and trying.

Just connect your HTC to computer using Activesync mode, and when finished sync, go into 'My Computer', and then to 'Mobile device' (the pda icon thing). Just copy the DiamUnlock.exe there, and when finished copying disconnect the PDA from computer and get a cup of coffe or a beer, you will need it

Now go into file explorer in your PDA, and on the root of the PDA memory (NOT external memory!) you should see the exe. Just run it.

You will see a screen that is like a blink. You will notice there are three checkboxes, then two buttons one next to each other, and one on bottom.

The trick is easy, just run the sw a few times to see where the left button appears. You have to run the sw, and just after double tipping on the exe, start clicking on center of joystick and touching the screen where the left button appears, and try until you get a box that say 'Phone is sim unlocked' or smth like that.

Then it will be unlocked and you can delete the exe.
