Hi i had the same problem with my elf. Did u tryed the goldcard method? search in xda-devs goldcard for elf/elfin. At the boot screen what is your ipl & spl ?

As I know, in order to make a Gold Card, I need to borrow from someone a working WM6 device (exactly the same model, es mine)... Unfortunately, none of my friends have such device. Does it mean that I'm lost?

You don't need the same device or wm6, i made my goldcard with a Airis T620. But did u tryed with Unbricker rom ? search xda-devs for elf unbricker rom!

If you mean Test-only ROM, yes I've tried it, but without any success
