To reset your HTC Dream: 1)Turn on your phone 2) Press and hold down the Home ... L 4) A menu shall open press Alt + W. Your phone should be reset to factory.

HTC G1 Dream DREA100 Master Hard

just hold "home+power" to get to the exclamation-triangle screen from which u can access recovery menu after by opening slide keyboard nd pressing "alt+L". :cool::cool::cool:
