Help me to unlock htc 8525 spl1.11

i have a htc 8525 at$t locked-details as below

rom version 2.15.502.3
rom date 04/09/07
radio version 1.40.30.00
bootloader screen details as below
HERM100
IPL-1.03
SPL-1.11

i got HTC_Hermes_SIM_Unlock_v2a to unlock-in it procedure as below.

Install Instructions:
1. Enter bootloader mode on your Phone. To do this, simultaneously hold side OK and POWER buttons together and reset
with stylus.
[You should see SPL-1.04 on the top of the tri-color screen, if you see SPL-1.06 this unlocker will not work, please
wait for the next version]
2. Connect your phone to your computer using the USB lead.
3. Run the MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe program – this will reflash your phone with a patched radio ROM required to unlock.
4. Wait patiently.
5. Once the MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe upgrade completes, it will end up saying "Upgrade Error 114", but the patched radio ROM
will be flashed anyway, dont worry about that error!
6. Soft reset with stylus (Device will not be hard reset and no data will be lost)
7. Allow your phone to reboot. Once it has, connect to your PC using Activesync, and copy the HERM_Unlock_v2a.exe program
onto your phone. Alternatively, copy it to an SD card and insert into your phone.
8. Run HERM_Unlock_v2a.exe on your phone. Wait about 1 minute.
9. You should see a "SUCCESS!" message from HERM_Unlock_v2a.exe, after that soft reset your phone.
10. Process is (hopefully) complete!
11. If the phone requests unlock code when you put a locked SIM, the code is: 22051978

but my doubt is my SPL is 1.11

can i unlock using HTC_Hermes_SIM_Unlock_v2a?

Easy auto-install Instructions:
-------------------------------
1. Unzip unlocker and run AUTO_Unlock_v3a.bat
2. Follow directions on screen

If you don't want to install automatically, or for some reason the
process doesn't work for you, here are the manual instructions:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Transfer SSPL/SSPL-HERM.exe to your phone and run it
2. Tri color screen will appear
3. Disable activesync (file -> connection settings -> uncheck "allow USB connections")
4. Connect your phone to your computer using the USB lead.
5. run RUU/RUU_HERM_Unlock_v3a.exe
6. follow the flashing process (Check the "I understand..." and "I completed..." boxes and update!)
7. Allow your phone to reboot.
8. Transfer HERM_Unlock_v3.exe program to your phone and run it
9. Click the Unlock Button, select unlock option. Select if you want SIM/CID unlock.
10. Click "Unlock!" and wait until process finishes.
11. When done, turn off your phone for 10 seconds and reboot after that.

If you don't have a Windows XP computer you can also update using the SD-Card Method:

1. Unrar RUU_HERM_Unlock_v3a.exe
2. Unrar RUU_Inside.exe
3. Empty (erase the contents) of your microSD card from the Windows Mobile file explorer
or format it from your computer using a card reader (in some cases format doesn't work).
4. Rename HermesUnlocker_v3a.nbh to HERMIMG.nbh and copy it to the FAT32 formatted microSD card.
5. Insert microSD card on your phone
6. Transfer SSPL/SSPL-HERM.exe to your phone and run it
7. Confirm flashing on screen by pressing the power button.
