Hold the soft keys. While holding the soft keys, hold the POWER key. Press the reset button next to the volume control keys with the stylus. Release the stylus but hold the soft keys until you see the following message on the screen. Press send

anyone to help. i have HTC innovation PM200 which needs unlock code, how can i unlock or hard rest it?

Press Camera and Voice Dail buttons (hold them). Put and hold the stylus in reset button for 2 seconds. Release it. Wait until you see some white fonts on black screen. Then release those 2 buttons. Push the green dial button.
