HTC TYTN II cannot hard reset - GSM-Forum

pls.... help me i have receive this kind of mobile first is ok customer said need arabic application....but when i put the application arabic they hang-up the mobile how ca i do this pls....help me how to go back normal.....i hard reset manual this mobile they cannot hard reset before they can now no....whats the solution for this.....

brother, try ......

Soft reset: Use the stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET button on the bottom of your device.

Hard reset: Press and hold the Left SOFT KEY and Right SOFT KEY, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device. You will be presented with a menu saying 'press R to reset, X to exit', if you press R Your device will be set back to factory default settings.
(The L/R soft keys are the "- -" keys just above the start and OK buttons)

Another Option if one of the SOFT KEY's is bad: START/SETTINGS/SYSTEM (tab)/CLEAR STORAGE.

Hold Camera + Power buttons together and reset with stylus
