sir i have on HTC (KAIS 130) PLZ ANY ONE TELL ME HOW HARD RESET. IT. I NEED URGENT HELP PLZ DONT IGNORE IT
I CHECK THREAD. THAT SHOWS ALL HERD RESET BUT COULDEN FIND THERE ABOUT HTC KAIS 130 HARD REST. PLZ HELP
NEED URGENT HELP FROM ANY ONE WHO KNOW EXACT PROCEDURE .

* Press and hold both soft keys
* Using a stylus, press and hold the soft reset button at the bottom of the phone
* Keep all three buttons pressed until the keypad lights turn off and then flash
* Release the soft reset button while still pressing the soft keys
* Let go of the two soft keys once the message "This operation will delete all your personal data, to manufacturer default" appears on screen
* Finally, press the green call button to perform the hard reset, or press other key to cancel

sir i did try ur method. but not sucessed. htc just get switch on. plz help htc is on and shoing password. and i press 2 soft keys+reset button and htc just statr normal not showing any message. that ask to reset device.

Do what i did

Use 2 pens to hold down the soft keys and then press soft reset with stylus or get someone else to soft reset it while you hold the soft keys with the pens.

I tried for hours with my fingers before I did it with the pens,

Thanks so much this method is tested and working 100% i also tried many time before but no success so left phone after power off and picked after half hr approx then i pressed left and right soft keys and turned on the phone so this sow me the data eras message. conformed with green dial key and done.
