I have tried this on 2 x SPV M650s & it doesent work, i just get "Warning!
A device was detected but one (or both) of RAPI
Communications and Applications Policy isn't
enabled."

Can You remove any sim card and memory card ?
Try without memory card.

please what about tutorial on how to use this programme and do it need drivers before unlock.

I succesfully unlocked a MDA Compact III from T-mobile using this solution provided by kulminder.

After selecting the xxx.unl file nothing seemed to happen but after awhile it said unlocking and it was successfull

I also unlocked MDA Compact III (Era Poland). The situation looked identical as you described.

Does it work on Arte110 too,because when i run SIM_Unlock exe phone restarted with black screen and i got communication error message! Before producere, i syncronised with pc the phone succesfully!
