can any one tell me how we can enter bootloader of ELF

1) Turn device off
2) Unplug power/usb cable from handset
3) Press and hold camera button
4) Plug power/usb cable into handset

or simple press cemera button+power on button and reset

sir i have htc touch its language is in french
i need to flash it to English version
i successfully enter in bootloader
it show
IPL 2.20.0002
SPL 2.20.0000
and i have this file can i flash it
RUU_Elfin_hTC_Asia_India_3.07.720.03_4.1.13.71_03. 34.90_BLUE_Ship.exe

and plz also tell me procedure

sir i think its a CID problem

Hi!

You can find everything here:

You have to use USPL for CID unlock,after that you can flash any ROM you need.Be careful,sometimes it seems OK,but USPL doesn't work for first try,you must check it.Instructions are on the site also.

Now i successfully CID unlock
but when i flash my ELF
it gives me error
ERROR 228 Invalid File SIZE
what should i do sir

This means, your device Flash CHIP Size

For ELF
Its 64 / 128 :-?

For ELFIN
128/256 ? make sure your device Chip size.

My problem was that the language was in chinese so I tried to flash it but then I got a error 'invalid vendor id' after that I use 'USPL for CID unlock'.I change the SPL, I flash the phone, everything is ok the language is in english now but my question is do I have to flash the USPL again or can I leave it.

why do you think you have to flash USPL once again ?

SPL flashes remove Carrier ID, means you can flash any carrier rom or original HTC rom to your device
