do hard reset.

hallo do i have to press power button? Because if i press only two soft keys and reset button, the phone does not switch on, please give me a clear explanation, my phone have a hang problem,

Hard Reset

Hard Reset will remove ALL contacts, emails, sms and all personal data from the Gene!

The Gene can be hard reset by:
Press the POWER button along with BOTH the SOFT keys.
