1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, then press the END/POWER button shortly and release it. You will then see this message on the screen.

2. Release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
3. Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

I have turned my htc hd2 into windows phone 7. It *****. Now I can't get it back to windows 6.5. I have hard reset my phone about 8 times. I have never gotten any screen other than the one that says "this operation will delete .... press vol up ..." it just reboots after that and goes right back to windows 7. HELP!!!! What do I do!?!?

My friend recommend to use this software,I have recover my Android HTC photo last week.I think this software is very useful for me.
