Its all again a Old Game of HTC for HD2 LEO

As HTC has launched HD2/Leo World Wide but in special case T-Mobile USA HD2 has some different specifications then worldwide launched HD2. So if u try to load any Different rom on HD2 T-Mobile USA its not going to work or if u load T-Mobile rom on any another HD2 its going to be bricked.

HD2 Normally launched has specification.

HD2 T-Mobile USA specification

Major different is in its

T-Mobile Internal Memory ROM 1GB ; RAM 576MB
Normally Internal Memory ROM 512MB; RAM 448MB

So along people using RIFF & HARD SPL BE careful in loading roms this can be one or reason tooo for not getting success.

... I would like to share my experience....

I have an hd2 eu version... had software problems.. i repaired with riff ... tryed to flash every rom but usually it will stock at 8% ... 9%... this happens because phone is hot... i put in the freezer for 5-10 min it will go everything ok during flashing... but still it will stock at booting in htc logo.... so i decided to try android and wp7 ... in this case both of them works but if you use hardly it will hang and the phone gets really hot... i puted again in freezer and it boots up works good but same until it gets hot it will hang again...

that's my experience with my hd2... definitely is hardwere problem

i saw some boys did modification on mth... to keep temp down.... until now they say it works
best regards from me

after making test until today everything is ok, my phone doesnt restart, hang or freezes, follow that thread i posted it will help a lot.
reheat cpu up to 340-360 degrees ( if first time doesnt work try again, i had to reheat 3 times and finally it worked ) but be very carefully you could damage permanantly your phone ( bga will melt and you will have short circuit ).

hope this help

@ Beli_Gl agree with what u have posted it can surely help what u have try ed but not for all cases its like optional for some mother boards & yes along u said it risky to kill phone permanent. New champs be careful before trying it.
Its good punch for try keep it up.

Of course this solution will work for any HD2 having bad balls contacts issue.
But welding wont help for wrong blocks into memory chip

at least if faulty sectors percentage is not too high.
