htc PM10A language changing problem

HI forum members i have this fone with me for about a week now trying to change the language to english...i downloaded english rom from shipedrom.com with the file name htc magicean but am get this error which i need ur help to solve [ error 120 country id mismatch ]and the fone itself has this info
R 1.12.00
G 1337.42
D 1.12.01 GER
with the above info i think the fone is from germany but its 02 as its shows on screen when u on.
members i know this is an old stuff and most of the good masters in this section will be telling me to use search button next time,but i tell u i did that many times and all the links that i found are broken or not available ,so before we waste forum space and ur time why dont we start puting here correct links and correct procedure on how to work on this issue its might be old but will be useful to another person
