HTC P3300 cannot read mail message - GSM-Forum

I have a HTC P3300 WM5 OS. For whatever reason, all my mail message including syn email and text message cannot be read. when open the message, show only blank page. i can read the message header though. Anyone know why? and anyone know how to fix the bug? Many thanks!!

Didn´t u messed with the registry?
I think some font parameter changed.

Any recent app or game installed?

As last resort, do a hard reset.

i didn't install no game. but some application. it can read email after i have intalled all the application i have now. sny patch or upgrade i can download to fix this. i hated to hard reset since i have to reintall everything. in fact i tried hard reset onece, but same thing happen after i restore my back up file. i might have to hard reset and reinstall everything one by one...

Well this clearly shows that there´s something wrong with some application installed.

I still advice to HardReset and install 1 by 1... to see where´s the problem.

but it was working fine after i have installed all my application. the mail message content disappear after a while i was using the phone?? anyhow, i will try reset the unit again and install software again one by one. thanks...
