HTC Smart F3188(ROME120)

hello , i have HTC Smart F3188 that display in bootmode( 3 color band ).
i use this method:

- Extract rom using Winrar
- Take out NK.nbh from folder
- Rename NK.nbh to ROMEIMG.nbh
- Format SD Card with FAT32
- Copy ROMEIMG.nbh to SD Card
- Insert SD Card to phone
- Start phone while volume down button pressed
- You ll be asked to flash SD Card image
- Press back button to start flashing
- Wait 10 to 15 min with patience

if i use back button to start the flashing, the screen of fone come black
is normal???????
when i power on the fone i see :

RUU/SD update fails before !!
please RUU/SD update again !!

i retry but always same thing
PLZ HELP ME

plz i need the original rUU for my HTC Smart F3188(ROME120). all i see is no work whith my htc ( ROME100).
plz help me
