TEAM I GOT ONE DEAD HTC_P3452,CUSTOMER SAYS THAT PHONE GOT OFF WHILE MAKING A CALL ,HOW TO CHECK WHETHER IT IS A SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE PROBLEM,WHEN I PRESS CENTRE (OK) BUTTON + POWER AND RESET BUTTON NOTHING IS DISPLAYED ON SCREEN. WAITING FOR FORUM REPLIES  |

Start with checking the battery.If it's OK then try to put the device in bootloader mode by:battery out,battery in,hold camera and power keys together and press reset.If the tri-color bootloader screen appears then there is hope.If not then maybe it's a hardware fault. BR Szig | |

Note: Do not remove battery before device has been completely shutdown (off). i try to press Yes but nothing happen except No (will shut down). if i press camera + power, it show Searching for SD Card... |
