HTC windows 8 Phone doesn't turn on - GSM-Forum

I replaced the screen assembly on the phone. It worked for a day or so, now it doesn't want to turn on. With the phone plugged in it vibrates and you can see the red LED light flashing. I really don't want to take the phone apart again. It's a bitch to work on. What can be wrong? Has anyone seen this before?

seen like a hardware problem ...maybe is bad contact of LCD connector ,
you can try a hard reset ? maybe start in bootloader mode ?
If the phone does not start in any of these ways, it is clearly a hardware issue. . bad news .. You must open it on again. .
