my customer ddnt have the box of the device...

If you don't find the unlock code , you can get it on i-mate Development Inc. after you have registered your imate. To register the i-mate, when the i-mate Development Inc. page opens, look at the bottom of the page and click on "Premier Customer". You will see how to register.
