Hi bro ,
Turn your phone off.
Press and hold the two softkey (thoose 2 placed to the left and right side under the display) while you press on/off button for about 0.5 seconds. Make sure you still have the soft buttons pressed when release the on/off button.
After a few seconds a text will appear in the display telling you to press "0" (zero) to make an hard reset.

here it is
1. Press and hold soft1 and soft2 keys.
2. Press and hold power button for around 1 to 1.5 seconds. Release power button. Keep hold soft1 and soft2 keys.
3. Later, screen shoould show instructions to ask user to press '0' key to reset to factory default.
4. Press '0' within the timeout period, which is only several seconds only.
5. If no instruction is shown on the screen, repeat steps 1 to 4.
The timing is sensitive.

but you will loose all data.

Or THIS

Try to Hard Reset first (Backup important stuffs!)
Power Off Phone then Press the 2 softkeys and Hold then press the Power Button, release right away the Power Button while the backlight is not lit yet, then just continue holding the 2 softkeys and it will ask you the hard reset confirmation..if it still continued to boot, you might had a bad timing.
