I have htc rhyme with held display htc logo and also trying to fix problem but could 'nt fixt it ,if any one know something about solution guide me please.
i need htc rom file if any one have this kind of file can send me link.

Did you try factory reset from the bootloader menu? (VOLDOWN+POWER)?
