I'm also having trouble using the software. Can I use the regular p2k series cable? Or do I have to have a special nextel serial cable?

When I run the soft it comes up to a terminal screen and just starts trying to detect the phone - but it won't. Once I have the right cable is it all just going to "work?"

Anybody happen to have information on how to unlock a Motorola i576 on Nextel. Moving it to Telus in Canada. I've heard about black halo / raptor pro... but I'm ignorant.
