HTC-HD-mini T5555 (touch screen) PHONE is working well

problem:

when make a call its screen lights goes black (display off ) but call is doing well and end call button (red touch sign) not work, after disconnect call screen lights came back

i did factory default from menu and also hard rest from buttons combination but same problem

any help from seniours in software or hardware

than see on hardwere.

Check light sensor, light sensor has a ribbon on top of it.
See if the ribbon is blocking it.

same problem i hav but ribbon is clear open the proplem in sensor
