HTC P3452 SET AUTU OFF WITH SIM CARD WITH LOGO SMART MOBILITY BUT
WITHOUT SIM ITS WORKING FINE

I FLASHED THE HAND SET WITH ALL VERSON BELOW BUT STILL SAME
PROBLEM

apply a small trick, try put a sim without network. check it works or not.

sure it's HW fault CEllSoluTioN but do you have more information about it ?
I have one wich has the same problem too .

Flash : Rom Windows 6.5 and latest Radio but 0% ok ...

Hummm its not showing imei meant its currepted. Problem is related to s/w & h/w bot & can not be restored as no tool currentely in market cn re-bulid/repair imei on HTC ELF/O at moment.

Hope u have not heated its ram/rom & cpu to make dead phone alive. As per my expirance 99% this prob is created due to this.
