Are you trying to transfer the .rar Files, if yes extract this .rar files first in your PC using Winrar, and then Start the .exe file or Simply transfer the .cab fle into your PPC and then it will automatically install the Appz for you..

I did everything that you have said but it still is'nt working.Is it possible that i'm missing certain software on PPC?

You should only set:
after how many rings it will send reply

number's rules to send replies:
to any numbers
only to selected numbers

i've just purchased an o2 mini and was wondering if it is possible to create folders in the programs directory (ie tap start then programs) and move the short cuts into the new folders

Yes, you can create a custom folder under "Program Folder" in you PPC.

Requirement: Resco Explorer. (It's already posted in this forum)
Information: Program folder is located at "Windows\Start Menu\Programs".

-Open this folder with Resco Explorer, Click File > New Folder, name it according to you choice.

-Now browse to that application/executable for which you want to create a shortcut in that custom folder and keep you stylus pressed on it and tap on "Copy".

-Now go to that custom folder and keep stylus pressed in here and tap on "Paste Shortcut".

-Rename Shortcut according to your choice and enjoy.

Note: All System Executables are located under "Windows" folder & all user installed executables are located under "Program Files" folder in its own respective folder.
