please can someone help me.........how can my htc cingular can flash....i have the rom.....and the phone is bootmode for if i power or inset the usb cable.....but if i ran the rom its don't connect.....at all somebody help

HTC Cingular is ambiguous in the name of your phone, tell me exactly what it's called and maybe I can help you.ex: "HTC Hermes (Mercury, TyTN)" or "HTC Artemis (HTC P3300 / HTC P3301 / Dopod P800 / Dopod P800W / Orange SPV M650 / T-Mobile MDA Compact III / O2 Xda Orbit)... find your phone here..
