UTStarcom PPC-6700 CDMA - GSM-Forum

How can I download software and flash file for this model UTStarcom PPC-6700 operator VIVO Brazil. The problem with this device, the display gets white in stand bay is lit and direct, will press any key it goes back normal and consumes more battery and wanted to do an update to see if it fixes the problem.

I did not think the program and the flash on the device on the site that you informed me.
