Primo EM Firmware Flashing Instructions

Software Download Link- Simple File Sharing and Storage.
1. Install the drivers
2.Open Flash Tool

3. Pac Loading
a. Click "Load Packet". (number "a" showed in the image). New window will appear.
b. Enter "Primo_EM_software_service+sw" folder and select "Walton_Primo_EM_W533_M00_S04S_150619" file (number "b" showed in the image).
c. Click "Open" (number "c" showed in the image)

4. Now Click Firmware Upgrade (Click "Start")

5. Connect The Handset
After clicking the "Start", press the volume down key of your handset, and connect it to your computer with USB cable. Remember: Before connecting the handset with your computer, you must turn it off. Also notice that the battery has to be kept inserted.
Flash operation will begin, you will see this window:

6. There will appear "Passed". This means it is successful.
Disconnect phone, open battery and reconnect again (If non-removable). Enjoy!!

Flash Tool Instruction of Primo EF3

Download Link- Primo EF3 Lollipop Firmware

Step 1: Driver Installation
Step 2: Open Flash Tool
Open the Flash Tool. Enter folder named "UPGRADEDOWNLOAD_R2.9.9001". Then enter file named "Bin". There you will see an icon named "FactoryDownload.exe"
Step 3: Pac Loading
a. Click "Load Packet". (Number "a" showed in the image). New window will appear.
b. Enter "Primo EF3 Lollipop Firmware" folder, then select “Lollipop Firmware” then select "Walton_Primo_EF3_W821_M00_S02_151022.pac" file (number "b" showed in the image).
c. Click "Open" (number "c" showed in the image)

Step 4: Firmware Upgrade
a.Click "Start". (Number "a" showed in the image).

Step 5: Connect The Handset
After clicking the "Start", press the volume down key of your handset, and connect it to your computer with USB cable. Try to hold the volume down button at least 30 sec.
Flash operation will begin, you will see this window:

Step 6: Notification
There will appear "Passed". This means it is successful.

6. Click Firmware Upgrade

7. Now select Download and then connect USB cable with mobile (mobile must be off). If you see below image, it means that mobile is detected through Usb cable.

8. Then start downloading/flashing firmware

9. When it shows Download Ok, it means the installation/flashing firmware is completed. Enjoy Lollipop.

Guide:
1. Install USB cable drive software. (From "Driver" folder )
2. Open Flash Tools MultiportDownload.exe (From "Download Tools" folder)
3. Select smart phone and press ok.
4. Click "Select file" for select scatter file
5. Select scatter file (MT6575_Android_scatter_emmc) from software folder (Under "WALTON_Primo_F1_Firmware" folder)
6. Download file load successfully will show. click "ok" button.
7. Press "Start all"
8. Under POWER OFF mode press & hold Volume up and down key together, then put USB cable in to Handset charging port
(with battery). Software process will be start within few second.
9. Wait till complete software update process.
** NOTES... If auto driver installation failed (step 1) then install manually after ( step 8 ) connect USB Cable as soon as possible.)
