resently i brought falcano dongle in regeststion error will occure my error is

first regestation tool show this

ater i enter the email password and sheller then i put rester button it tells this error

Good I need your help, I have the falcon a few months ago and ahroa when and the used e rather, but today when I open it in the module of qcom tells me that I am not registered that does not see the license and when I go To dalrla the license tells me that I am not registered, but if I am registered because I already register, and when I go to register again, it gives me error, they could help me in this respect,

problem register the box plus update.
I have miracle box and dongle, I just renew my activation. I download the update 2.54 I try to install and it install 2.53,i did remove 2.53. I did check 100 times and download 5 times 2.54 and install but after inslall it show 2.53.
plus I am trying to register the box for me to download files and the line for country&dealer don't let me write nothing so I a blocked..???
please help...
I have this box over 1 year and did not use it so much please help

first fix the server for optimal service too many problems with the account and the registry will no longer use your product. I'll come back when it's all fixed.

I registered the first time I opened the modules and now I open more modules now I get that is not registered need to register but can not register because it leaves error. we have tried a lot of times and nothing please help me with this thanks my email:
