htc 816 a5 dwg imei null and baseband unknown-help me

i have falcon box-but first time go to do a htc in it-help me-my problem below

i have done many s-on sets using official firmwares-

first time get a s-off and cid changed 11111111 set hang in logo-info as below

can i solve it in falcon?

What was the original firmware region?
Before you flash phone did you check bootloader info?
